"With the new location, Lokowich and his new partners, Dumpster Juice singer Chris Rowland and wine buyer Amy Rowland, are upping the ante. They hired chef Landon Schoenefeld, who's cooked for upscale spots such as the 112 Eatery and Restaurant Alma. Instead of tinkering with caviar and swordfish, he's applying his fine dining chops to burgers now."
